昌成新材料1000吨/时砂石生产线正式发货 进军两广市场

2018年4月23日，广西桂平市昌成新材料有限公司发布消息，项目一期1000吨/时砂石骨料生产线正式向外发货，标志着该生产线的生产、销售将进入正轨。

据中国砂石骨料网了解，该项目以西江河卵石作为原材料，主要产品包括碎石与机制砂，分两期建设，二期预计今年下半年投产，建成投产后总产能将达到年产3000万吨。
此外，项目自建装卸船能力达每小时12000吨的专用码头，砂石产品将依托西江黄金水道销往广东、广西和港澳市场。
上海美矿机械有限公司总经理代雷表示，该项目采用美矿机械一台NH870液压圆锥破、三台MHP500液压圆锥破作为破碎主机设备，维护得当的话，设备年生产可运行7200小时以上，加上料位控制和防堵料控制技术为满腔给料创造条件，该项目产能将充分释放释放。此外，代总还表示，昌成新材料项目破碎主机具有级配调整、智能控制、恒定腔型等技术。
未来，昌成新材料将以建设环境友好型、资源节约型的绿色骨料生产企业为目标，保持零排放、零污水、高利用率优势，以优质砂石骨料产品进军对两广地区高端建材市场。
The 1000TPH aggregate processing line for Changcheng New Materials CO., LTD was formally shipped and introduced to the Guangdong and Guangxi markets. This project would be using one set of NH870 hydraulic cone crusher and three sets of MHP500 hydraulic cone crushers as the main equipment. If properly maintained, the equipment capacity can reach more than 7200 hours in a year, plus Mineral Level Control and Anti-Blocking Control as the technologies to create conditions for full feeding, the project capacity will be fully released. In addition, this project is equipped with the technologies such as Gradation Adjustment, Intelligent Control, and Consistent Chamber, etc.
In the future, Changcheng New Materials will aim to build an enterprise for producing eco-friendly and resource-saving green aggregate, maintaining zero emission, zero sewage, and advantages of high utilization, and step into the
markets of high-end building materials in Guangdong and Guangxi by high quality aggregate products.
